Exemption for Visa Backlogs

Stuck in SA because your application to Home Affairs is not coming out? Good news! All those who (entered the country legally and) have applied for a waiver or for a temporary residence visa (any category), may now continue their activities as per their last visas, OR leave the country without being declared undesirable – until 30 June 2022! Those awaiting long-term visas can then return as visitors to collect their outcomes.

If you have any questions, please do not hesitate to contact us as per usual.
